Sclerostin （SOST） ELISA Kit ( BI20492)

背景簡介：

在絕經(jīng)婦女、骨固定引起的骨質(zhì)流失患者、多重骨髓瘤患者Sclerostin水平顯著升高。經(jīng)甲狀旁腺素（PTH）和雌性激素持續(xù)治療后，血清Sclerostin水平降低。隨著Sclerostin和DKK-1中和抗體的開發(fā)研究，有望對于骨代謝疾病治療，獲得新進(jìn)展。
